She brings more than two decades of global aerospace manufacturing experience across human resources strategy and operations, executive search, technical recruitment, regulatory compliance, and project engineering administration. Her multidisciplinary background spans organizations with annual revenue from $13 million to over $1 billion, including military and commercial rotary and fixed‑wing development and production programs at Fortune 500 defense OEMs, first‑tier suppliers, private equity aerospace, and smaller, independently-owned manufacturing and engineering companies.
Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Bay Path University, a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, and is a senior-certified professional in human resources (SHRM‑SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management.
