She brings more than two decades of global aerospace manufacturing experience across human resources strategy and operations, executive and technical recruitment, regulatory compliance, digital marketing, and project engineering administration. Her career spans organizations with annual sales from $13 million to over $1 billion, including military and commercial rotary and fixed‑wing development and production programs at Fortune 500 defense OEMs, first‑tier suppliers, private equity aerospace, and privately-owned manufacturing and engineering companies.
She has served on senior leadership teams, shaping business strategy and driving organizational performance. Her work has focused on aligning talent strategy with business goals, leading workforce planning, leadership development, and succession initiatives across complex manufacturing environments. She has partnered with both executive and frontline leaders to deliver HR solutions that enable growth and support business transformation.
Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Bay Path University, a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, and is a senior-certified professional in human resources (SHRM‑SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management.
