Meet the Founder

Leading HR Search Advisory is founder Allison Fede. She brings more than two decades of global aerospace manufacturing experience across human resources strategy and operations, executive search, technical recruitment, regulatory compliance, and project engineering administration.

Allison's multidisciplinary background spans organizations with annual revenues from $13 million to over $1 billion, from military and commercial rotary and fixed‑wing development and production programs at Fortune 500 defense OEMs and first‑tier suppliers to private equity–backed aerospace firms and smaller, independently owned manufacturing and engineering companies.

Allison holds a a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, a Bachelor of Science in Business from Bay Path University, and is a senior-certified professional in human resources (SHRM‑SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management.
